SHEET METAL FABRICATOR

Essential Requirements:
  • Has 5 years of experience as Sheet Metal Fabricator
  • In charge of all types of air duct fittings as per drawing
  • Able to read blueprint issues by site engineer or foreman
  • Operating and maintaining of Plasma Cutting Machine
  • Operating and maintaining of Duct Line Machine
  • Produce duct work using other materials, such as fiberglass and plastic.
  • Operates CNC laser machine to cut sheet metal, power shearing machine to cut plain sheet metal and screen mesh wire
  • Proven ability to understand and carry out general oral and written instruction
  • Knows basic troubleshooting in Plasma Cutting Machine and Duct Line Machine
  • Remarkable knowledge of manually fabricating installation and repair of sheet metal and related products
  • Estimate time and materials required to complete the assigned tasks.
  • Experience in G.l. and B.l. gas welding
