Is a subsidiary of Oriental Shipmanagement Co., Inc. (OSCI) that was founded in 1974, from the pioneering ideas conceived by Capt. Rosendo C. Herrera, a sailor and a visionary.

It was established in 2002 with POEA licensed no. 022-LB-020720-R and mainly deploys technical interns to Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), as well as workers to Australia.

  • Number 8 largest deployment for 2011 for most number of workers deployed in Australia.

  • Placed Top 11 in the year 2016 for most no. of deployed Trainees during the implementation of the TITP.

  • 1050 workers (OFW) deployed and under Contract in Canada, New Zealand and Australia as of July 2021. On different companies being handled in various areas such as Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, New South whales and Hamilton.

  • 1,748 workers (OFW) deployed and under TITP and OTIT Contract in Japan from 2010 as of May 2021. And currently 854 trainees with on going contract.
