CNC MACHINIST

Essential Requirements:
  • With more than 7 years of experience in machining, fitting, and assembly, with a focus on precision engineering
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using CAD/CAM software
  • Strong knowledge of materials, machining techniques, and mechanical systems
  • Fabricate, repair, and assemble components to precise specifications
  • Experience in MIG Welding
  • Experience in Lazer or Plasma cutting
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Operate and maintain a variety of manual and CNC machines, including lathes and mills. In particular, DN Solutions Puma 3100LY 4 axis horizontal lathe, DN Solutions DNM 6700 4 axis vertical machine centre equipped with newest model Fanue Controllers, Renishaw probs
  • Proficient in programming in CAM software. Preferably GIBBS CAM
  • Can read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
