LUXURY HOTEL - HAS WORK EXPERIENCE AS A CHEF DE PARTIE / SOUS CHEF / HEAD CHEF /
EXECUTIVE CHEF - HAS EXPERIENCE IN MENU PLANNING, COSTING, AND DEVELOPING
- HAS STRONG EXPERIENCE IN BOTH HOT KITCHEN AND COLD KITCHEN
- HAS EXPERIENCE MAKING DESSERTS AND PASTRIES
- HAS EXPERIENCE SERVING LARGE PAX
- HAS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
- KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT HACCP / FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION
