SENIOR CNC MACHINIST

Essential Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in machining, fitting, and assembly, with a focus on precision Engineering
  • Strong background in using both manual lathe and NC machinery
  • Proficient in operation and maintenance of a variety of CNC machines:
    • DN Solutions Puma 3100LY 4 axis horizontal lathe
    • DN Solutions DNM 6700 4 axis vertical machine center equipped with newest model Fanuc Controllers
    • Renishaw probe
  • Proficient in programming in CAM software, Preferably GIBBS CAM
  • Experience in machining small and large parts to tight tolerances
  • Experience in MIG Welding is preferred
